Matching

Connect projects.
Find the right partners.

Glinsen Matching connects projects and tenders with suitable providers. Buyers gain a reasoned shortlist; providers discover public tenders and assess their fit and prospects.

Area: Skyclar Data

Capabilities

A broad market. A precise shortlist.

Two perspectives, one goal: connect projects with providers that fit operationally and commercially. Detailed profiles support private procurement and assessment of public tenders.

For buyers

Describe your requirements, compare relevant providers and receive a reasoned shortlist. We support interviews, validation and the move into delivery.

For providers

Discover publicly available tenders and compare them with your capabilities to identify opportunities worth assessing in detail.

Provider knowledge with substance

Capture languages, locations, capacity, staffing, processes, technology and supporting evidence. Keep claims and outstanding checks traceable.

Fit and prospects

Compare requirements, mandatory criteria and evaluation factors to support bid/no-bid decisions and prioritise proposal effort.

From evidence to a decision

Combine questionnaires, documents and structured interviews, with on-site validation where required before delivery starts.

IN PRACTICE

Putting the solution
into practice.

A relevant use case for Glinsen Matching.

Glinsen MatchingIllustrative use case

Service provider · Bid decision

Identify the right tender.

The challenge
A service provider finds many tenders but can prepare only a few strong bids. An early view of technical fit and formal eligibility is missing.
The approach
Service requirements, mandatory criteria, evidence and deadlines are checked against the provider profile. Open questions and the likely bidding effort become visible.
The intended outcome
A reasoned bid decision and a clear list of the documents still needed for a suitable opportunity.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT

Is this right
for your project?

What do you need to achieve, what is already in place and what output does your team need? These questions define a useful starting point.

Two different decisions

Buyers need to identify suitable providers. Providers need to judge which projects and public tenders are worth pursuing. Glinsen Matching addresses these decisions with different criteria. For a buyer, service requirements, quality and suitability come first. For a provider, eligibility, available capacity and the effort required to bid also matter. The evidence needs to be understandable in relation to the specific decision. A strong profile score therefore does not mean that the same provider is suitable for every project or procurement process.

What an assessment means

A comparison is useful only when its criteria, data status and unresolved questions remain visible. Provider statements, submitted evidence and deeper validation carry different weight. For a tender, mandatory eligibility and timely documentation are particularly important. An assessment of opportunity fit can inform a decision to bid. Without demonstrated calibration, it should not be treated as a statistically validated win probability. The award decision rests with the buyer and the relevant procedure. The platform therefore complements rather than replaces a careful review of the original tender documents.

How to prepare a first project

Bring a project brief or a specific tender. Useful inputs include scope, countries, languages, timeline, expected volumes and mandatory evidence. Providers should also describe relevant capabilities and available capacity. Together we determine which information is sufficient for an initial shortlist and which questions require interviews or documents. The output may be a reasoned candidate list or a documented decision on whether to bid. Access, data coverage and the support needed are agreed for your use case, keeping the original requirements visible throughout the assessment.

The next step

Our first conversation establishes the scope of your project. You do not need a finished specification. A short description of the task, a preferred timeframe and the question currently holding you back are useful starting points. We can then decide whether an assessment, workshop, specific enquiry or pilot is appropriate. A proposal sets out the agreed scope, the input required from your team and the next steps. Decisions about extending the work are based on what we learn, keeping the initial engagement focused and understandable.

Good to know

The right questions.
A clear starting point.

Is Matching only for contact centres?

Customer operations is a particular area of expertise. We also assess other service providers and technology solutions where relevant to your needs.

Is the prospect assessment a guarantee?

No. It supports decisions using available tender and provider data. Awards also depend on competition, the proposal and the procurement process.

What information does a provider profile need?

Relevant information includes services, sectors, languages, locations, capacity and available evidence. Mandatory criteria are added for the specific project. A complete profile does not replace deeper validation before engagement.

Are public tenders included?

Public tenders are part of the intended use. Eligibility, evidence, deadlines and bidding effort are considered together. We clarify which opportunities and data are available in the access arrangement relevant to your needs.

What determines the cost?

Costs depend on the agreed assessment and setup, services or modules, interfaces and ongoing support. After clarifying your needs, we provide a proposal covering the specific scope and commercial terms.

How soon can we start?

Timing depends on scope, available information and required approvals. The first conversation defines a practical starting point. We then align preparation, the schedule and the input needed from your team.
