We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and this privacy policy.

This policy describes which data is processed when you visit this website. The website deliberately does without cookies for analytics or advertising, without tracking tools and without embedded social media content.

3. Visiting the website and server log data

When you visit this website, technically necessary data is automatically recorded by the server or hosting provider: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.

This data is needed solely to provide the website securely and without errors, and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in stable and secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted by the hosting provider after a short period.

4. Hosting and delivery

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Images, fonts, stylesheets, scripts and the Orion film on the homepage are served from this website’s domain. Header videos on service and other detail pages are loaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network (cdn.jsdelivr.net). When these videos load, your IP address and technical request data are transmitted to jsDelivr. On mobile devices, videos load only when you start them; on desktop, decorative videos may load and play automatically while visible, unless reduced motion or data-saving mode is requested. You can pause playback using the video control.

Transfers to the USA or other countries without an adequate level of data protection take place only on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or — where the provider is certified — the EU-U.S. or Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies, analytics and social networks

This website does not set cookies for analytics, marketing or advertising purposes and does not use analytics or tracking services. No social network plug-ins are embedded.

6. Fonts and media

The fonts used are delivered together with the website. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other font services. Films play without sound and without any connection to video platforms such as YouTube.

7. Contacting us

For appointment booking, our links take you to our external Calendly booking page. The calendar is not embedded in this website. Calendly is opened only when you follow the booking link; information entered there is processed through Calendly.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (such as name, company, email address, phone number and your request) in order to answer your enquiry and for follow-up questions.

The form prepares an email draft locally in your browser. This website does not send or store the form data. You may copy the draft or open it in your email application. We receive your enquiry only after you send the email. The legal basis is the handling of your enquiry or the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Disclosure of data

We do not pass your personal data on to third parties unless this is necessary to handle your enquiry, we use carefully selected processors (for example for hosting and email), or we are legally obliged to do so.

9. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. The data is then deleted.

10. Your rights

Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you have the right to information about the personal data we hold about you, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to receive or transfer your data. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

11. Data security

For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

12. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy if the website or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.
