Partner strategy
Define target markets, ideal partners and the value proposition. Agree the responsibilities of the solution owner, Skyclar and partners.
We help companies bring products and software to market through capable partner networks. From reseller and white-label models to partner recruitment and ongoing management with Glinsen Partner.
Capabilities
A strong solution needs people and companies that can sell and deliver it effectively. We develop a suitable partner business and support it from setup through to operation.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT
What do you need to achieve, what is already in place and what output does your team need? These questions define a useful starting point.
A partner network makes sense when your solution has a clear customer benefit and other businesses can sell or implement it. Before building the network, we assess reachable customers, the complexity of the offer and the services a partner should provide. A strong sales organisation is not automatically a suitable delivery partner. We define the desired profile through customer access, expertise, resources and willingness to collaborate. The initial market is selected deliberately, rather than treating the number of registrations as evidence of commercial reach.
Reseller and white-label arrangements differ in branding, customer relationships and division of work. Those differences need to be reflected in proposals, training and support. We define who acquires customers, signs agreements, configures the solution and handles operational questions. Account protection and commercial terms are agreed specifically. Glinsen Partner supports central organisation of the collaboration. The information and workflows managed on the platform depend on the selected model and are clarified before setup, including which participants need access to which parts of the process.
Launching a partner takes more than issuing login details. The partner needs a clear offer, useful materials and a first opportunity through which to test the collaboration. During the pilot, we observe recurring questions and gaps in sales or delivery support. Activity is assessed through agreed steps, such as completed onboarding and opportunities being progressed. Further partners or regions follow once the process works. This describes how a network can be developed; it does not claim an existing worldwide network or guarantee a revenue trajectory.
Our first conversation establishes the scope of your project. You do not need a finished specification. A short description of the task, a preferred timeframe and the question currently holding you back are useful starting points. We can then decide whether an assessment, workshop, specific enquiry or pilot is appropriate. A proposal sets out the agreed scope, the input required from your team and the next steps. Decisions about extending the work are based on what we learn, keeping the initial engagement focused and understandable.
Good to know
No. We also support companies building partner networks for their own products and software. Glinsen Partner provides the collaboration platform.
That depends on the model. Sales, setup, technical delivery, support and billing responsibilities are explicitly assigned before launch.
A reseller distributes the solution under the agreed product brand. In a white-label model, the partner uses its own brand. Both require specific arrangements for customer relationships, setup, support and billing.
Yes. A focused group can test the offer, onboarding and initial opportunities together. This reveals missing materials and support before the network expands to further partners or regions.
Costs depend on the agreed assessment and setup, services or modules, interfaces and ongoing support. After clarifying your needs, we provide a proposal covering the specific scope and commercial terms.
Timing depends on scope, available information and required approvals. The first conversation defines a practical starting point. We then align preparation, the schedule and the input needed from your team.
