Connect distributed teams
A planned shared environment for internal staff and external sales teams, with clear roles, tasks and project access.
We are developing Glinsen Sales into a central workspace for distributed teams, connecting contacts, communication, tasks and AI support. It builds on the teams, workflows and AI integrations already used in our sales delivery.
Area: Skyclar Sales
Capabilities
Distributed teams should be able to sell together without losing the link between a contact, a conversation and the next step. We are developing a central platform around our operational sales experience.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT
What do you need to achieve, what is already in place and what output does your team need? These questions define a useful starting point.
Glinsen Sales is being developed for businesses coordinating internal staff and external sales teams in a shared process. The starting point is the journey of a contact: research, outreach, qualification, follow-up and handover. Information should be available wherever the next step occurs. That requires clear ownership, access permissions and a definition of a qualified opportunity before the environment is configured. This preparation is valuable even while parts of the process still run in existing systems and the platform is developed progressively.
The planned workspace is intended to connect communication and AI support. Telephony, email, digital channels and existing systems depend on available interfaces and the agreed development stage. AI may prepare information for a conversation or support follow-up work. Permissions for outreach, data access and binding statements remain part of the actual process. An interface alone is not an end-to-end integration: data quality, synchronisation, errors and handovers to the appropriate team also need to be tested before a workflow is relied on operationally.
You can discuss your team’s requirements with Skyclar today, including team size, countries, languages, existing tools and the most pressing operational gaps. We distinguish essential functionality from later extensions. A pilot covers a limited workflow and establishes which elements are already available. We do not promise unrestricted access to every planned function. Team building and operational sales support can be agreed separately through Skyclar Sales, keeping the service you receive distinct from platform capabilities that are still being developed.
Our first conversation establishes the scope of your project. You do not need a finished specification. A short description of the task, a preferred timeframe and the question currently holding you back are useful starting points. We can then decide whether an assessment, workshop, specific enquiry or pilot is appropriate. A proposal sets out the agreed scope, the input required from your team and the next steps. Decisions about extending the work are based on what we learn, keeping the initial engagement focused and understandable.
Good to know
Yes. We can set up the team, sales process and suitable AI integrations for your project. The central Glinsen platform is being developed on this foundation.
This depends on your process and available interfaces. We agree channels, CRM and the required automation scope as part of the project.
Glinsen Sales is in development, building on existing sales workflows and AI connections. Before a pilot, we explicitly establish which functions are available and which still require configuration or development.
That is the intended purpose of the shared workspace. Roles, project access, contact history and handovers follow the sales model. The functionality actually available is defined for the pilot or development stage.
Costs depend on the agreed assessment and setup, services or modules, interfaces and ongoing support. After clarifying your needs, we provide a proposal covering the specific scope and commercial terms.
Timing depends on scope, available information and required approvals. The first conversation defines a practical starting point. We then align preparation, the schedule and the input needed from your team.
